On your journey of life right now, you are reading the pages on this website. Our souls are meeting at an intersection, a crossroad. You may stay here a while to bask in this female sunshine of ideas or you may move on to another path of discovery.

This book is comprised of the voices and experiences of other sisterfriends and one brotherfriend. I felt that it would be so much more balanced, inspiring and richer to invite the testimonies, wisdom and insight of others. It should read and feel like one long letter. Visualize yourself sitting around the table with me and hearing the voices you will meet in the pages to follow. It's casual, open, caring and fun. We may cry, hug or exhale as we are talking and learning together, but it's okay. We all want to heal and grow. There are no egos at the table. We are sitting together sharing to help each other, inspiring each other and honoring each other. We are co-journers on a journey of life.
